Authenticity is not something we have or don’t have. It’s a daily practice of letting go of who we are “supposed” to be and embracing who we are. It’s making a choice, everyday, to show up and be real, honest, and let our true selves be seen. Remember, there’s no one else like you - that is your superpower so don’t give it away, embrace it!
