I’ve lived in New York for a little over 15 years, so I guess you could say that I am a Knickerbocker aka a New Yorker. But those who really know me know that I am a Cali girl. SoCal will always be home.
I am not cheating on my home team (the Lakers) by wearing this orange and blue combination. The inspiration for this look was not the Knicks, but in fact the focal point – my Weekend Casual speckled blue tie. I partnered up with my buddies over at Weekend Casual to bring you their winter collection. Here is the first to come, my favorite piece the speckled tie. It was so easy to coordinate with. I paired it with this fire orange sweater to highlight the orange splatter from the tie. The navy overcoat was perfect for the weather and gave a more subtle look against the sweater. Raw denim and my favorite brogues simply completed the rest.
