Surprisingly I have only seen this movie one time. I know most of the songs, have seen bits and pieces, but last weekend was the first time that I actually watched it from start to finish. I know I know, I’m probably the only person in the world who hasn’t seen it. And now look at me, mimicking Danny Zuko in my modern-day version of his look.
His look is pretty easy, but there are two essentials. First, of course, the leather! This outfit wouldn’t have been complete without it. Second, the comb. Yep, I said it, the comb. It was a must! Back then and for me today. From there it all fell into place. Instead of the typical all-black, I went with a white shirt and dark denim. Hey, you never know, maybe an all-black look is coming for Part II of my Danny Zuko remake.
