I am loving this El Nino winter. Don’t get me wrong it has gotten me sick a handful of times, but I’ll take a 50-65 degree sunny days in December over negative temperatures any day!
I am sticking with some of my staple pieces this season: shawl cardigans and wingtip oxfords. The lingering Fall-like weather allows for me to continue wearing sweaters and shawl cardigans freely. I paired the cardigan with corduroys. Originally, I was bit skeptical about wearing corduroys. I haven’t worn them since elementary school, but they were a perfect match, blending so nicely together. I love a good pop of color, so I added this large and bold check shirt to the mix. And to top it all off, plus keep up with the look sporty, I pulled out the oxford sneakers. I live in brogues and oxfords, but that combined with a sneaker. Geez, what more could a girl ask for. A sunny winter, shawl cardigans, and oxford sneakers. #Winning
